Eva brings 25 plus years of life experience as a homeowner and investor in the Bay Area, with a long successful career in real estate investing and finance. For nine of those years, Eva worked as a mortgage consultant. During her career she was able to process several types of transactions such as bank owned properties and short sales. She is a master negotiator who takes on each transaction as if it is her own, a win/win for everyone. She believes to be the best you must work with the best.
